We have teamed up with TCU this summer to provide the new Big XII logos in the Daniel-Myer Coliseum, Ed & Rae Schollmaier practice facility and TCU Recreation center, home of TCU Volleyball. The DMC (Daniel-Myer Coliseum) is currently undergoing our sand/finish method, where we sand the floor back down to bare wood completely removing all game lines and graphics. This method not only allows us to update the graphics but gives the aged floor the appearance of a new floor. Working along with TCU’s athletic staff and facilities director, we feel like we’ve designed a floor that not only introduces TCU to a new conference, but also keeps the traditioned look of TCU basketball in the DMC.
Z Floor has also begun a new partnership with University of Oklahoma beginning this summer. We look forward to the opportunity to provide them with our screen & coat method, where we clean, screen, vacuum, tack and apply a fresh coat of PoloPlaz 450 World Class gym finish. The Lloyd Noble Center will shine and provide the athletes with tremendous grip, necessary for breaking opponents ankles on crossovers and back door cuts. Not only will the Lloyd Noble Center benefit from this, but so will the Men’s & Women’s practice courts.
This past February, University of Texas-Arlington opened the doors of its new state-of-the-art practice and competition facility, College Park Center. Z Floor had the privilege of installing both the Men’s & Women’s practice courts in this beautiful 7000 seat venue.
