Description

PoloPlaz World Class 450 Court and Gym Finish is used on many NBA and major college sports floors! It is formulated to protect all types of hardwood floors. With 50% solid content, it is an excellent choice for screen and recoats. The extra build minimizes swirl marks. It applies easily with standard applicators: lambs wool, EZ Way, Padco, etc. Despite its high solids content, World Class 450 Finish is formulated for low viscosity and smooth flow. No special thinners or primers are required.

  • Coverage: 500 sq. ft. per gallon
  • Application: Low ambering; Low viscosity for use with EZ Way applicators; Non-offending odor
  • Formulation: Solids: 50% (Polyurethane/Oil Resin)
  • Flash Point: > 104 degree symbol here) F
  • Solvent: Mineral Spirits (petroleum distillates)
  • Shelf Life: 1 year

Tips:

  • Use heat and ventilation to control cure, especially in low temperature or high humidity conditions
  • Use Super Dry in sealer, paint and finish in poor drying conditions and to avoid polyballs
  • Never skip more than 1 grit size when sanding
  • Tack with mineral spirits on bare wood; subsequent coats with water
